Micha is a program manager at Google Cloud, currently leading enablement for Southern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He's moved around in various sales, strategy, and enablement roles since joining Google Cloud in its early days. During his time there, Micha has witnessed the company's impressive growth and is proud to have played a part in supporting over 7,000 new employees through coaching and enablement programs. He finds it particularly rewarding to work in cross-functional teams to design sales programs that deliver measurable value for customers.
