Collin Rhea is the VP of Sales Operations and Enablement at Aptean, a provider of industry-specific enterprise solutions purpose-built for the many verticals we serve. Collin leads a global team of 15 Ops and Enablement professionals that support a 200+ person revenue org to sell 40+ products across various region & vertical combinations. The combined team is responsible for designing, training and driving accountability around sales methodology, deal process, cross-sell plays, forecasting & planning analytics, prospecting motion, sales technology and more. Collin began his SaaS career at Continuum (now ConnectWise) in Corporate Development and then ran the BI & Analytics program before jumping to Sales Ops in 2018. In the last 6 years Collin has experienced Sales Operations at various company sizes ($50m-$500m revenue), stages (startup to 3x PE monetization events) and lifecycles (finding product/market fit, scaling & acquiring companies, selling ourselves).
Collin also loves spending active time outdoors and is learning to find balance as a working parent with a 2-year old.
