Hi I’m Jonas Master, Head of Revenue Enablement at Rippling. I started my career in Sales, first carrying a quota as an IC, later as Head of Revenue managing a 150+ person sales floor. While I loved the excitement, pressure and competition of owning a $20M+ number, I found that I was even more passionate about helping sellers develop new skills, hit new benchmarks and progress in their sales careers. That’s been the north star of an unforgettable 8+ year journey as an Enablement Leader at companies like LogMeIn, Acquia and Rippling where I’ve been lucky enough to build out high-performing Enablement teams serving some of SaaS’ most ambitious Revenue Orgs.
