The guiding principle in everything Lisa does in enablement can be summed up in one statement: Just because you trained, doesn't mean they learned. We train to do; whereas, to know becomes a natural by-product. Lead with tangible tasks that drive desired behavioral outcomes. A learner's knowledge will accrue along the way. Prove learning happened by observing a well-executed outcome. A quiz doesn't prove anything. Neither does attendance. And don't get her started on making trainees watch previously recorded Zoom sessions. Train and enable, better.
