With over a decade of experience serving global B2B SaaS teams, Meganne now serves as the Senior Director of Field Enablement at Seismic. An active participant in the Enablement community, she finds great joy in brainstorming with other practitioners to overcome business challenges. Driven by her commitment to empower women in the space, she founded and currently leads the Indianapolis chapter of Women in Sales Enablement while also serving on the WiSE global board of directors as a global lead. She has recently co-authored an Enablement book for Enablement leaders, which will be published in fall of 2023. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is a working mother of three children under the age of six. A lifelong competitive equestrienne, she still makes her way to the saddle weekly.
