Dave brings his 10+ years of experience in Sales and Customer Success within the tech industry coupled with his passion for learning, instructing and relationship management to deliver the best enablement programs possible at his current company; monday.com. After spending years in client-facing roles, he found that his true calling was in training, enablement and program development. This led to the development of the first Enablement Program at monday.com and has since started him on his journey of helping to build and scale the Enablement organization to its current state with an incredibly talented group of 40+ individuals across 3 regions globally. With consistent focus on impact across all client-facing functions, Dave and his teams continue to be recognized for driving consistent business impact and ensuring successful growth at scale. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling as often as life allows, enjoying all things NYC has to offer, cooking and getting dragged around Brooklyn by his incredibly food-motivated dog.
