Like many enablement professionals, John started his career in sales, and frustrated at the absence of enablement, decided to roll up his sleeves and start a one person department at a growing SaaS company. After spending 15 years in sales working for big companies like Pepsi, Paychex & Kantar, John made the pivot to Enablement. The past 3+ years, John has grown from a one person enablement function at Zappi, to leading a team of four globally.
