Brooke Coletti is the Sr. Partner Enablement Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Brooke is known for continuously seeking better ways to enable revenue generating teams. During her tenure, she has designed, built, and scaled enablement programs from the ground up that have proven key in driving towards current and long-term corporate revenue goals. Her holistic approach encompasses the entire learning cycle from initial strategy through execution and reinforcement. Brooke is passionate about working in the tech industry because it is constantly evolving which feeds her passion to learn and create new strategies. Brooke is a Lead of the San Francisco WiSE (Women in Sales Enablement) chapter where she is helping build a community of enablement practitioners who collaborate and support one another. This year Brooke has been awarded 2023 Sales Enablement Ones to Watch by SEC, and the 2023 Impact to Sales Performance Award.
