Gia DeRose is the Sr. Director of Sales and Customer Productivity at Hootsuite where she leads the Global Revenue Enablement team with a focus on operational rigor: creating efficiency through process, methodology, and a consistent focus on coaching. Gia began her SaaS career in sales and moved into various sales leadership roles before venturing into the Productivity and Enablement space. She is driven by the mission of helping sellers uncover value for their customers, and in turn-helping customers reach their goals and objectives. Gia is also passionate about offering guidance, insight, and camaraderie to various Women in Sales Communities-she is involved as an Executive Sponsor for the Women’s ERG at Hootsuite and received a certificate from eCornell University’s Women in Leadership course.
