Kourtney Parker is the Global Revenue Enablement Lead at Juniper Networks with nearly 10 years of successful sales enablement experience. Having worked in medical device and software sales as an individual contributor, as well as developing leadership while in sales management, she brings a diverse and well rounded to global enablement. During Kourtney’s tenure in sales enablement while at Dropbox she experienced acquisitions, going IPO, and leadership changes, all while launching global initiatives (a new global sales methodology, a company wide LMS, and global sales Onboarding.) She is adept at handling change and always ready to put a positive spin on any situation. All of these experiences prepared her for her role at Juniper Networks where she is dedicated to Global Revenue Onboarding.
