In her current role, Laura serves as the Global Head of Sales Leader Enablement, focusing on launching enablement programs specifically for sales managers across all regions at Qualtrics - AMER, EMEA, APJ and LATAM. Within the first 6 months in role, every global region executed a 1-day in-person Sales & Sales Support Leadership Summit for the first time in Qualtrics' history. In previous roles during her 5-year tenure at Qualtrics, Laura built and scaled sales enablement programs aligned to the North America Corporate Sales Team. She also oversaw the Go-to-Market Onboarding team for North America during Qualtrics' largest span of growth in 2022. As many other Sales Enablement professionals often do, Laura began her career in Sales. She spent several years in SaaS sales at IBM before moving to a small start-up where she built the Sales Development strategy and hired her first team of SDRs. That was when her love for Leadership began, and throughout several role transitions in tech, landed in a position that matched her love of leadership with impacting revenue at scale.
