Accelerating sales triumph: unleashing your competitive edge at SKO
Sales enablement professionals are challenged each year to develop impactful enablement at sales kickoff. In this interactive workshop, Penny Springer will share her formula, which she has successfully implemented at several global organizations, for designing a version of the Amazing Race for sales kick off. In January 2023 Penny ran this program with 300+ sales team members, 98% completed the required pre-work and were actively engaged in the event. “I’ve been to 20+ years of sales kickoff events and never have I seen the sales team so engaged on day 2 and 3 as they were when participating in the Amazing Race this year.” Sales leader at Planview. Her formula incorporates a flipped classroom, team building event, networking, role-playing, peer-to-peer learning, accountability, competition, and post-kickoff coaching opportunities. During the workshop participants will crowdsource ideas and walk away energized for designing their own version of the Amazing Race. Jumpstart your planning for sales kickoff by attending this workshop so you can ditch the long slide decks and energize your sales team to drive revenue.
